Contact us
A small editorial project, not a ticket office. There's no contact form and no booking reference here. Send an email and a person reads it.
Things worth writing to us about:
- A price on this site that has moved. Ticket listings reprice, and if a card says $35 and the listing in front of you says something else, we'd rather hear it from you than catch it on the next monthly re-check.
- A listing that has vanished, gone unbookable, or changed what it includes.
- A factual error anywhere on the site: a London Eye fact, an accessibility detail, a history claim, or a ticket's inclusions.
- A real, bookable London Eye ticket that isn't here. If it has a currently bookable listing with a clear price, send the link and we'll read it the way we read the other five.
- A question that neither the FAQ nor the guides answers.

What to expect back
An honest answer, not a fast one. Corrections get priority and usually go live within a day or two of being checked. General questions take longer, and some get answered by adding a paragraph to a guide rather than by return email. We don't send a newsletter, we don't follow up to sell you anything, and we don't pass your address anywhere.
What we cannot help with
We cannot take a booking, hold availability, move your date, cancel a ticket or issue a refund. Every ticket on this site is sold and fulfilled by the platform you booked through, whether that's one of our listings or the London Eye's own official site. If the question is about a booking you've already made, the confirmation email you were sent is the fastest route: it carries your reference and a support channel that can actually change something.
Still deciding which ticket to book? The standard ticket and the four combo tickets, compared side by side, will get you there faster than an email can.
